1970s Alfa Romeo Spider Grille Redesign
The Task
Our client embarked on a project to rebuild their classic 1970s Alfa Romeo Spider. While they loved its vintage charm, the two-piece triangle grill didn't align with their vision. We reverse engineered the design to a sleek and cohesive grill elevating the timeless elegance.

The Solution
We began by scanning the components and the chassis, then converted the scanned data into editable CAD models. Utilizing our advanced CAD software, we seamlessly connected the individual parts, ensuring a smooth transition. This meticulous process guaranteed that the new part aligned perfectly with the chassis.

The Result
Our client was thrilled with the results. Utilizing our powerful 3D scanner and CAD software, we ensured the project was completed efficiently, precisely, and within budget. The combination of technology and expertise allowed us to deliver exceptional outcomes with ease.
Design

Garbage Bin Carousel Compaction System Design
The Task
A waste compactor and chute door company approached us for designing carousel compaction systems for 240L and 1100L garbage bins.
The Solution
We meticulously measured the garbage rooms and calculated the payloads and torques to select the optimal hydraulic cylinders and motors. Our team created 3D models of parts and assemblies and ensured precision in design. We validated the strength of critical components through Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Finally, we provided manufacturing drawings, DXF files, sheet metal cut-lists, BOMs, and rendering images to assist our customer in building and promoting the systems effectively.

The Result
The client was pleased with what we provided. Our affordable and efficient service helped facilitate his project and turned him into a loyal customer. We were committed to delivering quality results that keep our clients coming back.
Manufacturing

Excavator Bucket Cast Wing Shrouds
The Task
We were proud to partner with a leading mining equipment parts company to provide an iron ore mine with high-quality mining Ground Engaging Tools (GET) which enhanced productivity and reliability in mining operations.

The Solution
We took GET drawings provided by our customer and transformed them into detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings. Collaborating with our partner, we machined cost-effective and durable plastic patterns instead of traditional timber ones. After casting samples, we conducted thorough inspections of dimensions, defects, and fitment using 3D scanning, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, and dimensional gauges. With the client's approval, we successfully cast and delivered all the GET.

The Result
We were thrilled to hear that our client had positive feedback regarding the GET. This was a fantastic opportunity for us to continue our partnership and collaborate on future orders. We look forward to building on this success together.
