The Solution

Our process began with meticulous measurements of the garbage rooms and precise calculations of necessary payloads and torques to select optimal hydraulic cylinders and motors. To guarantee design integrity, our team created detailed 3D models of all assemblies and used Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate the strength of critical components. We delivered a comprehensive engineering package—including manufacturing drawings, DXF files, sheet metal cut-lists, BOMs, and renderings—to fully support the client's manufacturing and promotional needs.
