The Solution
The project required the use of our advanced handheld 3D scanner to achieve a flawless result. With its 6.3 million measurements/s measurement rate and 81 blue laser lines, we quickly captured accurate data. We meticulously analyzed this information, removed all imperfections from the original scan, and used the corrected data to digitally engineer the new panels. This process guaranteed the redesigned components would perfectly match the dashboard layout upon installation.

The Result
Our client was highly satisfied with the final digital models. These files are now ready to be printed or machined in their desired material, enabling a finished product that will significantly enhance the pilots' overall cockpit experience through a cleaner, more efficient layout.

Light Twin Aircraft Dashboard Panel Redesign
The Task
A local flying school approached us seeking to upgrade the cockpit of their light twin aircraft. The original dashboard featured a disorganized layout with a mix of large and small panels. Our mission was to design and manufacture complete, cohesive panels for both the left and right sides, ensuring a cleaner, more efficient cockpit layout that enhances the aircraft's aesthetic and function.
