Vehicle front structure prepared for 3D scanning

Project Overview

This project involved 3D scanning a vehicle front structure to support the design and development of custom bull bars. Accurate digital geometry was required to ensure proper fit, alignment and integration with the vehicle body.

Challenge

Custom bull bars require precise measurements of the vehicle front geometry. Traditional manual measurement methods are often time-consuming and less accurate for complex surfaces.

Solution

The vehicle front section was captured using high-precision 3D scanning technology. The scan data was processed and converted into an accurate digital model that could be used for CAD design and engineering development.

Result
