Project Overview
This project involved redesigning the front grill of a classic 1970s Alfa Romeo Spider. The original component required reverse engineering to recreate accurate geometry before developing an improved CAD design.

Challenge
The original grill component had limited digital documentation and required reconstruction from the physical part. Maintainingthe original styling while improving manufacturability was a key objective.
Solution
The part was analysed and digitally reconstructed using reverse engineering techniques. A new CAD model was created, allowing design adjustments while preserving the appearance of the original component.
